If you would like to enroll for classes at SEA COUNTRY CENTER in LAGUNA NIGUEL, please print the registration form below and send it along with your class fees via check or money order.  Form and payment should be sent to the  address located at the top of the form.

For registration at THE BEA HIVE in Garden Grove, CA, registration can be conducted at the studio prior to class.  Just come a few minutes early.  Pay for a punch card at the registration desk.  To register call the studio at (714) 638-5601.  Be sure to let the studio know you are interested in belly dance classes with Perizad.
